Are you looking for some cute, fast, and inexpensive
Halloween treat ideas?  Done!

Clementines and celery stick pumpkins, bread rounds with pretzel stick legs, marshmallow treat bats, and, Oh! such scary strawberries pictured above.


Salty, sweet and crunchy, these little treats
are not only tasty but fun to make:
Boney Bites
o Pretzel sticks
o 1 bag of marshmallows
o 1 Bakers bar of white chocolate
o wax paper
Place marshmallows on pretzel sticks.  Microwave the chocolate for about 4 minutes or until melted.  Dip the 'bones' in the chocolate and set on wax paper to cool and harden.  Wrap in cellophane.  Spooktacular!



If you're like me, your ears perk up every time you hear the words candy corn.
This 'bark' is so yummy you'll be asked for the recipe again and again.

Candy Corn Bark
o  16 ounces of white chocolate
o  1 cup of pretzels
o  1 cup of candy corn
o  wax paper for the baking pan
Place pretzels and candy corn in the bottom of a wax-covered dish.  Melt chocolate and pour over the mixture.  Place in the refrigerator to chill and harden.  Boom - that's it!


Mummies and daddies will get lots of thanks when they
team up to make these delicious strawberry treats.

o  30 fresh strawberries,  leave stems on
o  8 ounces white baking chocolate
o  1 teaspoon shortening
o  1/8 teaspoon almond extract
o  1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
Wash strawberries and pat dry on a paper towel.  Melt chocolate and shortening at 50% power in microwave and stir until smooth.  Sit in extract.  Separate into small bowls and add desired food coloring.  Dip strawberries in chocolate mixture.  Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.  Place in freezer for 5 minutes.  When monsters are set, use icing piper to decorate faces.


NO  BAKE  SPIDER  ALERT!!!!
These delicious little spiders are super easy to assemble.
Ingredients:  small pretzels, mini chocolate donuts; M&Ms, chocolate piping


Directions:


o  Break pretzels in half to form legs

o  Place 8 legs around a donut

o  Pipe two dots of chocolate and place M&Ms on the dots to make eyes
