Repurposing and Upcycling - so much fun

Don't throw away those scratched CDs, old board game pieces, or that outdated television cabinet.
Repurpose them!

Clever uses for old CDs - clock faces and alphabet banners.

Wrought iron bed frames make charming garden fencing:

Turn an old soda crate into a spice rack:

A small coffee table turned upside-down
and painted makes a darling doggie bed.

A cracked chocolate pot and demitasse cups were
transformed into a beautiful chandelier lamp:

An old Singer sewing machine stand and
a drawer make an attractive plant stand:

Turn vintage washboards into a table:

Damaged and dented silverplated
coffee pots make elegant birdhouses:

An unused round table top makes a captivating French clock.

Igor is so proud of his new throne
(that was a dated television cabinet!):

Create uplifting garden signs with everyday pieces of junk:

Never underestimate the many uses of drawers.  They make great organizers:

Who knew that a tennis racket press would make a charming plate rack?

Keep an eye open at yard sales and flea markets for vintage muffler clamps.
   They make great photo stands:

Old game pieces or small toys lying around?  Turn them into magnets!

A rusty colander and a vintage oven toaster make a quaint, charming lamp:

Remember - reuse, recycle, reward!

  2. PS....
I tried to respond to your comment on my blog via email but you are a no-reply blogger. If you need help with that, let me know. Also, here on your blog I could not find your contact info to drop you an email note, and I would love to subscribe to your blog via email but could not find the link for that too. I would be happy to help you figure that all out so you don't miss any great new friends.

  9. Do not forget to adjust the shape or pattern of the fence with the design of your home. For a minimalist concept, generally avoid the fence sculpture, minimalist balustrade form if really simple.metal fence panels
